No. I can work from a ready 3D model or create one from clear CAD drawings, PDFs or dimensioned sketches. The Basic package requires a usable 3D model; modeling is included in Standard and Premium.

You must provide a clean and complete 3D model with the room, walls, openings and fixed or custom-made furniture already modeled. I can add standard library furniture and decoration. Creating, rebuilding or redesigning the model is not included.

One space means one room or one connected open-plan area within the package size limit. Separate rooms or large combined areas may require a custom offer.

Revisions may include reasonable changes to materials, colors, lighting, furniture or camera views within the approved scope. Layout changes, redesign or major model changes require an additional quote.

Yes. I can create architectural walkthroughs and 360° panoramic renders from the approved model. These services are quoted separately according to duration, resolution and project complexity.

No. I personally develop the project through a professional 3D workflow, including modeling, materials, lighting, cameras and final rendering. Generic AI-generated images are not used as the final deliverable.
