I am a professional architect with more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial projects.

I do more than use Archicad: I understand buildings, construction logic and architectural documentation.

I will develop a clean, organized and editable Archicad BIM model from AutoCAD drawings, PDFs, images or dimensioned sketches. The model will be structured so it can be reviewed, continued and coordinated by you or your team.

DEPENDING ON THE AGREED SCOPE, THE SERVICE MAY INCLUDE:

• Architectural Archicad BIM model
• Floor plans, elevations and sections
• Doors, windows, roofs and stairs
• Basic materials, furniture, 3D views and layouts
• PLN, IFC, DWG or PDF files
• Interactive BIMx model for review and presentation

2. I review the files, identify unclear information and recommend the scope.
3. I organize the model and keep communication in writing for accuracy and clear follow-up.
4. I deliver the agreed files and correct any mistakes made by me at no extra cost.
