FAQ
Which formats are you delivering the design in?
The default format is 4500x5400px (300dpi), transparent PNG files. We can do any other formats you would need as well! For source files please order our extra service!
Are all of your assets custom made?
Yes. We always design everything uniquely to the customer and do not give your designs to anyone else.
Do all rights on the design belong to me?
Yes, all designs I create are 100% yours once the order is completed, with full commercial rights.
Can you do market analysis for me?
Yes. Just select the market analysis package on the order page or contact me if you need additional help. IMPORTANT: Researched designs will be based on top selling POD design concepts/niches and are therefore aiming at making the most sales. They might not cater your personal taste!
I only have a rough concept in mind, can you do it?
Yes. We can discuss your concept and maybe you can find an inspiration of that rough concept so we can get an idea!
Will my design actually sell?
While no one can guarantee sales, all designs are based on proven trends and concepts that already perform well in the market, giving you a much higher chance of success.
