Are all of your designs custom made?
Yes. We always design everything uniquely to the customer.
What is a Data Point?
A Data Point is a fact or discrete unit of information. Usually you will have specific text attached to your data point to further explain it. If you are still not sure about the number of data points you need, please reach out to us.
What do you need to start?
Once you placed the order, you will be asked to submit your requirements. Please put every step / data point you want to get visualized in the text field.
Do all rights on the design belong to me?
Yes. The moment we agree on the design you will have the rights to it. Commercial rights are delivered after the order is completed.
I need something very specific for my infographic. Can I talk to you for a custom order?
Of course! Feel free to drop me a message. We can work something out for a fair price.
I don't know how to word my post. Would you write it for me?
Unfortunately, we're not writing content at the moment. There are plenty of more talented copy-writers on Fiverr who will write the text for you. Feel free to take their text to us so we can realize your info graphic :)
Can you include my branding? (Logo, colors)
Yes! You just have to send me your color palette preferences such as fonts and other guides and/or your Logo.
How many revisions do I have?
Revision count varies by the package. It is possible to book extra revision to the order. We are always aiming for zero revisions needed, though!
Do you use graphic assets?
Yes. Every designer does. The difference to most cheaper services though is, in how these assets are altered. With us, you will never see any asset copy-pasted. Chances are high you wouldn't even notice!

Annie was very responsive and delivered according to brief - I perhaps expected something a little less ‘outdated’ as a design, although a rationale was provided. In fairness, Annie did try to rectify the difference in expectations and her turn around and comms are of a very high standard.
