Your n8n works on a good day. This gig is for the bad day: a webhook that arrives twice, a worker that dies mid-run, a server that runs out of disk.
WHAT I SET UP
- n8n in queue mode on your server: a separate webhook process, two workers, Postgres, Redis, TLS on your domain
- Migration from n8n Cloud or a single-container install, webhook URLs kept
- Nightly backups to S3, with a test restore before we go live
- Telegram alerts: a process down, lost executions, a growing queue, a missed backup, low disk
- A runbook: how to update, restore and add a worker
WEBHOOKS THAT DON'T GET LOST
A small receiver in front of n8n or Make. It checks the signature, stores every event before your workflow sees it, drops duplicates, retries, and alerts you about the events that keep failing.
HOW WE START
Every order starts with a backup of what you have and a restore on a copy, so your data is safe before anything moves.
YOU OWN IT
Everything runs in your accounts. I don't need your passwords: you invite me, and you keep full control.

FAQ
Do I need my own server?
Yes, a VPS with 4 GB RAM or more, in your name. If you don't have one, I'll recommend a provider. Server rent isn't included.
Will you change my workflows?
No. I move them as they are. Building or fixing workflows isn't part of this gig, but I can quote it as a custom offer.
Is this high availability?
No, it's one server. It survives a crashed worker or a restart, and you can restore from backup. A multi-server setup needs a custom quote.
How do you handle my logins?
You invite me to the server and to your n8n. I don't ask for passwords, and secrets stay in your environment, not in the workflows.
I use Make, not n8n. Does this help?
The webhook receiver works in front of Make too. The production stack itself is n8n only.
What's the Stripe to Xero sync?
It's a one-way sync of paid invoices, refunds and failed payments, with a nightly check against Stripe so nothing is missed or doubled. Message me for a custom offer.
