About this Gig
I am one of the best HP technician for Inkjet printers (Officejet, Envy and Deskjet). I've seen most of the people calling us for basic troubleshooting but unfortunately, as per HP policies we do not support obsolete printers. Here, I'm to help you guys through this medium with less charge. Please be informed, I've more than 2 years of experience in HP printers S/W troubleshooting
Common Issues:
- Wi-Fi connectivity (Printer offline)
- Print quality issue
- Paper Jam
- Unable to scan or scan to computer
- Cartridges cannot be used unless printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink
Note: I'm current employee with HP my working hours are 6:00 am to 3:30 pm MST, I will revert and resolve your issue as soon as I get off from work.

Nitesh was able to get my 2nd computer up and running with in seconds after I was able to locate the cord that I need to connect my printer. Awesome!

Nitesh shared his knowledge in the area that i had trouble with. He explained his thoughts as to why my printer was not working and was also able to recover the apps that were removed. Because of different time zones, he made it work. He also discovered some other things, so i suggested we meet up online again and take care of it. Good working with him.
