Any image format works including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG. The cleaner the artwork the better the result, but I can work with most files including low resolution images.
Which embroidery machine formats do you deliver?
I deliver DST, PES, JEF, EXP, XXX, HUS, VIP, and VP3. If your machine requires a different format just message me and I will accommodate you at no extra charge.
Do you use auto digitizing software?
No. Every design is manually digitized stitch by stitch. This ensures proper underlay, pull compensation, and density settings that auto software simply cannot produce.
What if the file does not sew out correctly?
I offer free revisions until your file sews perfectly. Just send me a photo of the sew out and I will fix any issue immediately.
Can you digitize for caps, patches, and jacket backs?
Yes. I digitize for all placements including left chest, caps, hat fronts, jacket backs, patches, bags, and uniforms.
How do I know which package to choose?
Message me your artwork before ordering. I will estimate the stitch count and recommend the right package for your design completely free of charge.
Do you offer vectorizing as well?
Yes. If your artwork needs to be cleaned up or converted to a vector file before digitizing I offer that as an add on. Just mention it when you message me.
