What do I need to send you to start?
Your documents (PDF, Word, TXT), your website URL if you want it crawled, and 5–10 real questions your customers ask. That's enough for me to build the first demo.
What is a RAG chatbot
A chatbot that retrieves relevant passages from your own content before answering, so responses stay grounded in your material instead of generic guesses.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Standard and Premium include full source code with a setup guide; you own it outright. Basic is a hosted demo build — upgrade any time and I'll hand over the code.
Are OpenAI, Claude or hosting costs included?
No. AI API, hosting and vector-database fees are billed to your own accounts so you control cost. For a typical small business bot expect $5–$30/month in API usage; I'll show you how to set a spending cap.
Will it make things up (hallucinate)?
Far less than a plain ChatGPT bot. RAG forces the model to answer from your documents and cite the source. If the answer isn't in your files, it says so and offers to connect the customer to a human, rather than inventing one.
Can it connect to my website, WhatsApp or Slack?
Website widget is included from Standard. WhatsApp or Slack is included in Premium or available as a $60 extra on any package. CRM or database connections are Premium only — message me first so I can confirm the API.
What happens after delivery?
Every package includes a walkthrough of how to update documents yourself. Premium adds 14 days of support; a 30-day support extra is available on all tiers.
How many pages can it handle?
Basic up to 30 pages, Standard up to 150 pages plus your website, Premium unlimited. Not sure of your page count? Message me and I'll size it for you.
Can you add the chatbot to my website?
Yes, I can integrate chatbot into your existing website.
Can chatbot answer questions about my business?
Yes, it can answer questions based on information you provide.
