Do I need technical knowledge to use this?
No. Once the workflow is live, you don't touch anything. Leads come in, they get classified, replied to, and logged automatically. You just check your inbox and your Google Sheet. If anything needs adjustment, you message me — I handle the technical side.
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things: (1) your lead source — where inquiries come from, (2) the email address replies should send from, and (3) your preferred reply message (or I can write one for you based on your business). Once I have those, I build and test the workflow end-to-end before handing it over.
