FAQ
Are your graphics/animation custom? Original Design?
Yes, my characters and backgrounds are customs and original but the icons are from the premade library. I do custom animation in Adobe After Effects and don't use pre-made templates. Note - I only make ''HUMAN CHARACTERS'' *NO CARICATURES, ANIMALS, AND DRAGONS.
Can you use our own graphics?
I only make videos with my own character graphics and animation. We can't animate other types of graphics or designs files provided by you.
How does the feedback and revisions work?
After the delivery, you will be given 4-5 rounds of video feedback in which you can suggest edits to be made. Of course, you can ask for more revisions but that will increase the budget depending on what changes you request.
In which format is the video delivered?
I'll deliver the video in FULL HD .mp4 format (a QuickTime animation with an H264 compression).
Which format will you provide me for the storyboard?
I will provide you 2d graphical frames for the storyboard not sketches.
What about voiceover revisions?
Any changes to the script or tone will be charged extra. Revisions to my gig package do not include voiceover changes.
Is it possible to provide my own reference style for videos?
It's not possible for me to create videos using other types of reference styles. I use only my own graphics and animation style.
