What can you build for my team?
One scoped task: a case summary, account brief or draft follow-up. Basic is a small sandbox summary; Standard is a read/draft pilot. Premium can include one human-approved record update. Full apps, autonomous agents and multi-system rollouts need a custom quote.
Do I need Claudeforce or Agentforce access?
I check your edition, licenses, API access and beta eligibility before you order. Eligible native Salesforce-in-Claude setup and a custom Anthropic API integration are different routes. I confirm the supported route and data flow first; native beta admission is not guaranteed.
What does the Basic proof of concept include?
One sandbox summary using one Salesforce object, up to five input fields, one prompt and three acceptance examples. You receive source/configuration and a guide. It does not include write actions, production deployment or a full AI assistant.
How are CRM data and credentials handled?
We agree the provider and data flow first. Work starts with sanitized sandbox examples and least-privilege access. Use approved credential storage; never send passwords or API keys in requirements. Custom API calls send approved fields to the provider and are not the native Trust Boundary.
Are licenses or API charges included?
No. You supply the Salesforce org, sandbox, eligible Claude/Anthropic access and permissions. Subscriptions, usage, hosting and Salesforce credits are your costs. I confirm requirements before a build; I cannot guarantee access to restricted or beta features.
What tests and handover will I receive?
Packages include 3, 5 or 10 acceptance examples. Implementations include agreed error handling, source/configuration, code comments and a written guide. Premium adds permission/failure-path checks and deployment/rollback notes. AI output needs human review; release requires approval.

What counts as a revision or support?
Basic includes one revision; Standard and Premium include two. Revisions correct the agreed requirements, not new features. Seven days of corrections for reproducible defects in delivered scope are included. Live sessions, ongoing maintenance and extra integrations are separate.
