Q1 — Do you sign an NDA / keep my project confidential?
Yes, I strictly maintain confidentiality. I can also sign an NDA if required before testing.
Q2 — What do you need from me to start testing?
I need the web app URL or test server link, login credentials (if any), and any specific modules or scenarios you want to focus on. Optional documents like user stories or SRS are welcome but not required.
Q3 — Will you fix the bugs as well or just report them?
This gig is for testing and bug reporting only. If you need bug fixing or development support, message me — I provide it as a separate service.
Q4 — In what format do you deliver the bug report?
You will receive a structured report in Excel or Google Sheet with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual result, severity level, and screenshots/screens recordings.
Q5 — Do you provide retesting after fixes are done?
Yes. Retesting is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For Basic, retesting can be added as an extra.
Q6 — Do you perform performance or security testing?
This gig includes basic sanity checks. Deep performance analysis (load/stress testing) or penetration testing is available as an add-on or separate gig — contact me to discuss.
