FAQ
Do you write the workbook content?
No. Please provide your finished lessons, prompts, questions, and exercises. I focus on workbook design and layout. Copywriting, curriculum development, research, and subject-matter validation are not included.
Can you match my existing brand?
Yes. Send your logo, brand colours, fonts, brand guide, and references. If you do not have established branding, tell me the style and colours you prefer and I can build a clean visual direction around them.
Will I receive an editable Canva file?
Yes. Every package includes the editable Canva source so you can update text and reuse the approved design later. I use Canva Free-compatible elements by default unless we agree otherwise.
Are the PDFs fillable or interactive?
No. The included PDFs are static documents for viewing or printing. Fillable form fields, calculations, interactive navigation, hyperlinked planners, and course-platform functionality are not included.
Can you redesign an existing workbook?
Yes. Send the current workbook plus editable content or source files. I can improve hierarchy, spacing, consistency, and visual presentation while keeping your approved wording intact.
What counts as a page?
Every final designed page counts, including the cover, contents page, module dividers, worksheets, and closing pages. If your draft is longer or more complex than your package allows, I will confirm the additional scope before work begins.
What does screen PDF and print PDF mean?
You receive two PDF exports of the same approved workbook at one agreed page size: one for digital viewing and one suitable for normal printing. A second page size or commercial printer-specific setup is separately scoped.
What is included in a revision?
A revision is one consolidated list of changes to the agreed design direction and supplied content. New pages, substantially new content, or a different design direction require additional scope. Errors made by me are corrected separately.
Can I use the workbook with paying clients or students?
Yes, when that is the agreed use. Tell me how the workbook will be distributed before design begins so appropriate assets can be used. Third-party fonts, photos, and graphics remain subject to their own licenses.
Can you design future modules in the same style?
Absolutely. Future modules, worksheets, handouts, and updated editions can follow the same approved visual system. Each new document is quoted according to its page count and complexity.
