FAQ
What kind of planners and journals can you design?
I can design printable weekly, daily, study, productivity, wellness, fitness, business, habit, goal and reflection layouts, plus custom journal pages based on your brief.
Can you create something for my personal use?
Yes. You do not need to be selling the product. Tell me what you want to plan, track or reflect on, and I can create a page set around your routine and preferences.
Can I sell the finished planner or journal?
Yes, when sale of the finished PDF is the agreed use. Please tell me before design begins so suitable assets can be selected. Third-party fonts, photos and graphics remain subject to their own licences.
Can I resell the editable Canva template?
Editable-template resale is not automatically included. Canva source is provided so you can edit your commissioned design. If you intend to sell an editable template to customers, tell me before ordering so the project and asset licensing can be reviewed separately.
What counts as one page design?
Each unique layout counts once. For example, a weekly page and habit tracker are two designs. Exact duplicates are assembly rather than new designs. Changing dates, prompts or content on every copy may require additional scope.
Do you make GoodNotes or hyperlinked planners?
No. This gig is specifically for printable PDF and Canva-based planner or journal design. GoodNotes-specific files, tabs, hyperlinks and interactive digital-planner navigation are not included.
Is the PDF fillable?
No. The standard deliverable is a static printable PDF plus editable Canva source. Interactive form fields, calculations and fillable PDFs are not included.
Do you write journal prompts or planner content?
Please provide any specific prompts, quotes, exercises or written content that must appear. I design and organise the supplied content; writing, research and subject-matter development are not included.
Can you make another size?
Yes. Each package includes one agreed size. Additional sizes such as A4, A5 or US Letter can be added separately because layouts often need manual adjustment rather than simple resizing.
What is included in a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes to the agreed design direction. New pages, new content or a completely different visual direction require additional scope. Errors introduced by me are corrected separately.
