What I build:
- Website and ad leads into your CRM, with a Slack or email alert
- New orders into Google Sheets or your accounting app
- Documents or invoices made from records
- Webhooks and API connections between your apps
How it works:
1. You answer the order form: the trigger, the steps and the apps
2. I build on test data first and handle what goes wrong in real use: duplicates, missing fields, timeouts
3. I run it twice on the same data to prove nothing gets created twice
4. You get setup notes, and a recorded walkthrough on Standard and Premium
What I need from you: a plan on your tool that allows the steps (I check before you order), and an invitation to each app. Never your passwords.
I use AI-assisted tools for drafting and building; everything is tested before it reaches you, and I'm accountable for all of it. If you need work done without AI tools, please tell me before ordering.

The one you already pay for. If you have none, message me with roughly how many runs a month you expect and I'll recommend one before you order.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Invite me as a user on each app; you can remove me when we're done.
What if my plan's limits block a step?
I'll tell you before building and suggest a workaround or the plan you'd need.
How do you test it?
On sample data first, then twice on the same data to prove nothing is duplicated, then each error case on its own: a missing field, a duplicate, a failed step. You get the results with the delivery.
Do you use AI?
Yes, AI-assisted tools for drafting and building. I check and test everything myself and I'm accountable for it. If your work must be done without AI tools, tell me before ordering and I'll decline rather than hide it.
What happens after delivery?
You get notes and a walkthrough so you can run it yourself. Premium includes 14 days of fixes.
