I will remove exact duplicate rows from one small CSV and give you a clear record of the changes.
Includes one UTF-8 CSV with up to 100 data rows, 5 columns and 1 MB. We first confirm that identical rows are errors to remove; genuine repeat transactions must stay.
You receive the cleaned CSV, a removed-row map, before-and-after row counts and a concise change report. IDs, spelling and retained cell values stay unchanged. An agreed amount column can be reconciled when its currency and decimal format are unambiguous.
This covers exact whole-row duplicates only. It excludes Excel workbooks, formulas, fuzzy matching, inferred values, financial advice and sensitive or personal data. One correction within the agreed scope is included.

What counts as a duplicate?
Every field in the row must match exactly, and you must confirm that the repeated row is an error. Matching names or amounts alone are not enough. Different whitespace makes rows different for this service. I keep the first occurrence and identify the removed source rows.
Will IDs or other values change?
Retained cell values, their order and leading zeros stay unchanged. CSV quoting or line endings may be rewritten when the output is saved. The original file is kept unchanged. No spelling correction, whitespace trimming or inferred values are included.
Can you handle Excel, larger files or sensitive data?
This package is only for the small, non-sensitive CSV scope above. Describe any different requirement before ordering and do not attach the file. A separate assessment is needed; acceptance is not guaranteed.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI and automation are used extensively in suitable parts of production, alongside checks against the agreed brief. I approve the scope and final delivery. Please tell me about any AI or data-handling restrictions before ordering so I can confirm whether we can meet them.
Does agreeing to AI mean my files can be uploaded anywhere?
No. AI restrictions and file-sharing permission are separate. If external AI processing is proposed, we agree the provider, information and purpose before that information is shared. A blank answer or “no restrictions” is not that agreement.
What does the revision cover?
One correction to meet the original agreed rule and deliverables. A different source file, new matching rule or additional task needs separate assessment. Fiverr's actual revision and order deadlines apply.
