Scope of work:

Proofreading services will be provided for the following types of documents submitted in word format:

• complete reports (including covers, table of contents, graphs, tables, appendices, etc.)
• employment postings
  
• technical resumes and cover letters
• technical articles
• new project proposals
  
• brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
• general correspondence letters of a technical nature
• website content submitted on a word document.

The documents will be proofread for the following items:

• spelling
• grammar
• punctuation
• sentence structure and word choice
• general readability.

The deliverable:

1. The submitted word file showing all mark-ups, revisions, and recommendations.
2. A clean copy of the word file with all edits already added.

Please note that if you are ordering the gig extra involving only the proofreading of a PDF file, you will get back only the PDF file with all mark-ups, revisions, and recommendations shown.
