FAQ
Q: What file formats do you need from me?
Any format works; Word (.docx), Google Docs, PDF, or plain text. I'll handle the conversion and formatting from there.
Q: My book was rejected by KDP due to formatting errors. Can you fix it?
A: Yes, this is one of the most common requests I get. Send me the rejection notice and your file; I'll diagnose the issue and fix it fast.
Q: Do you format books with lots of images or tables?
A: Yes. Books with images, charts, tables, or complex layouts are handled in Adobe InDesign for the cleanest result. Just mention this upfront.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Most projects are delivered within 1–3 days depending on length and complexity. Rush delivery is available; just ask.
Q: What if I need changes after delivery?
A: Revisions are included in every package. I won't consider a project closed until you're happy with the result.
Do you use automatic converters?
No. I format everything manually so your book looks professional and avoids KDP rejection issues.
Do you offer a free file review before ordering?
Yes. Message me your file first and I’ll check it at no cost.
