Yes — every package includes post-delivery support (7 days Basic, 14 days Standard, 30 days Premium). If you hit any issues or have questions after your setup, I'm here to help.
What if I need more domains or accounts than your Premium package?
No problem! Message me with your exact requirements and I'll create a custom package. I regularly handle 20–50 domain setups for agencies.
Will my emails land in the inbox after this setup?
A proper technical setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup) is the #1 foundation for inbox placement. I run a deliverability test after every setup to confirm everything is working. Inbox placement also depends on your email copy and list quality, which I'm happy to advise on.
Does this include email warmup?
Yes! Every package includes warmup configuration. I connect your accounts to the built-in warmup pool (Instantly.ai or Smartlead) and set the right daily sending ramp-up schedule to protect your sender reputation.
Do you set up both Instantly.ai AND Smartlead, or just one?
Each package includes setup for one platform — either Instantly.ai or Smartlead. If you need both, please message me before ordering so I can provide a custom offer.
What do I need to provide before you start?
You'll need domain access (DNS management panel like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare) and login credentials or admin access to your Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 account and Instantly.ai or Smartlead account. I'll guide you if anything is unclear.
