Deliverables:

• Revit MEP model (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) built to your required LOD
• Coordinated with architectural and structural models.
• Construction-ready shop drawings.
• Clash detection and resolution (if needed)

What I need from you:

Architectural and structural drawings in DWG or PDF format, or hand sketches with dimensions.

Workflow:

1. Receive your files (drawings, dimensions, images, PDF, DWG, etc.)
2. Model and document for pre-submission review
3. Revise the model based on your feedback, if needed
4. Deliver final submission
5. Provide revisions, if needed
