I have moved five years of invoices, time entries and expenses out of a SaaS tool into a custom app database, where the source had names instead of usable IDs and the same client appeared under three different spellings. Full history is live and the financial reports match the source.

How I work:

• Stage first. Your files load into staging tables and all cleaning happens in SQL. Nothing is hand-edited.
• Normalize and dedupe before mapping, so one client's history does not split into two.
• Load in dependency order. Orphan rows are logged and skipped, not left to kill the run.
• Every migrated row tagged, so any slice can be deleted and reloaded without restoring a backup.
• Reconcile counts and totals per table and per month, and hand you the comparison report.

You get the scripts, not just the result. Every step is re-runnable.
