Do you need hosting access, or is WordPress admin enough?
Hosting access, I'm afraid. Malware lives in the server files and the database, so the WordPress dashboard on its own can't reach it. SSH is best, cPanel or Plesk is fine, FTP works too. Message me first if you're not sure what you can get hold of.
How do I know it will not come back?
Because I close the entry point, not just the payload. Most reinfections happen because a backdoor got missed, or an outdated plugin was left sitting there. I'll tell you exactly what let them in and what needs updating. What happens after handover isn't something I can control.
Can you guarantee Google will remove the warning?
I'll clean the site and submit the review request, and I'll show you it went in. The timing and the decision are Google's, not mine, and it's usually a few days. Anyone promising you a guaranteed date is guessing.
My host suspended the account. Can you still work?
Usually yes. Hosts normally leave FTP or SSH working while a site is suspended. Send me the suspension notice before you order and I'll check what you've still got access to.
What if the infection is bigger than the package covers?
You'll hear it from me before I start, not halfway through. If it needs more than the package covers, I'll tell you what I found and send a custom offer. You're free to say no and we cancel, no hard feelings.
