Every migration includes row-count validation, checksum comparisons on key tables, referential integrity checks, and a reconciliation report. For production systems, I run the new warehouse in parallel with the old one before cutover so you can verify everything matches.

Small migrations (under 10 tables, under 10M rows): 1–2 weeks. Mid-size (50 tables, hundreds of millions of rows): 3–4 weeks. Enterprise-scale: 6+ weeks with custom scoping. Message me with your source system, table count, and row volume for an accurate estimate.

Standard and Premium packages include a zero-downtime cutover strategy your app stays live while we migrate. We run source and destination in parallel, verify parity, then switch reads over when you're ready. Basic packages are for POCs, not production cutovers.

Yes, the Basic package includes a warehouse recommendation based on your workload, budget, and existing cloud. Short version: BigQuery is cheapest for ad-hoc analytical work, Snowflake is easiest to operate at scale, Redshift is strongest if you're already deep on AWS.

You own the code, the documentation, and the runbooks. Premium includes a 2-hour team handoff call so your team can operate and extend the warehouse without depending on me. I'm also available for hourly follow-up work if needed.
