No. You need not provide your AdWords login details. All you need to provide is your AdWords customer ID. I'll then send you an access request from my manager account, which you need to approve.

Very little back and forth help once the ads were live. Didn’t work with us to refine our budget and refine our strategy which caused us to lose a lot of money in ads where the CPC should have been much lower. When we brought this up, no response. Terrible experience and do not recommend.
