What file format should I send you?
Any format works, JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI. Even a screenshot of your AI-generated design is fine. Just message me first and I'll guide you.
What file formats will I receive after the order?
You will receive print-ready PDF (for printing) and AI or EPS (vector source file) depending on your selected package.
My design was made in Chat GPT, Midjourney / Canva / DALL·E,, can you work with it?
Yes, absolutely! I work with designs from all AI tools Chat GPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or any PNG/JPG image.
What is CMYK and why does it matter for printing?
AI tools generate designs in RGB mode which looks great on screen but prints with dull, shifted colors. I convert your file to CMYK, the correct color mode for professional printing — so what you see is what you get.
Do you create the packaging dieline / die-cut template?
Yes! Dieline creation is available in the Premium package or as a gig extra. Just share your box dimensions and I'll build the dieline from scratch.
Will my local printer accept these files?
Yes, I prepare files according to international printing standards (bleed, crop marks, 300 DPI, CMYK). These files are accepted by local print shops, offset printers, and global packaging manufacturers.
Can I request a revision if something looks wrong?
Absolutely! Revisions are included in every package. I won't close the order until you are 100% satisfied with the final file.
