Only if you have a staging site or password-protected area. For public websites, I don't need any access — just share the link.
What format is the bug report in?
You'll receive a Google Sheet or Excel file with all bugs listed, along with screenshots and severity level for each issue.
How many pages/screens will you test?
This depends on the package you choose. Basic covers up to 3 pages, Standard covers up to 10 pages, and Premium covers the full website with unlimited pages.
