What information do you need before starting?
Please provide your existing STL file or concept sketch, required dimensions, reference images, intended function, printer type, printing material and any important fit or tolerance requirements.
Can you repair every damaged STL file?
Most mesh problems can be repaired, including holes, non-manifold edges, intersecting surfaces, scaling errors and thin walls. I will inspect the file first and explain what can realistically be corrected.
Are revisions included in the package?
Yes. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments within the agreed project scope, such as dimensions, fit, shape or minor feature changes. A completely new concept may require a custom offer.
Will I receive the editable source file?
The final STL file is included in every package. Editable CAD source files are included in Standard and Premium when the model is created or rebuilt in compatible CAD software.
Will my product idea remain confidential?
Yes. Your files, sketches and product information will be treated as confidential and used only for completing your project. A buyer-provided NDA can also be reviewed before work begins.
