What exactly is delivered for this gig?
It'll be a video recording of me going through your website while speaking out loud about issues I find and suggestions for improvements. That's just for the standard gig. I also offer to put my feedback into written form into an easy to digest slideshow format.
Do you offer one-on-one zoom consultations?
Absolutely! Just reach out and we'll set one up whenever convenient for you.
Will you tell me exactly what to write or replace my existing text with in your initial review/feedback?
No, but I will point out areas of confusion, spelling, or grammar mistakes that I stumble upon if it affects the user experience or conversion rate but coming up with brand new text/copy on the fly is not part of this gig. The good news is that I can offer copywriting services as a separate gig.
Will you make or implement the changes you suggest in your feedback/review?
No, this gig is a consultation gig only. I don't offer any implementation or development services. Most people either implement the changes themselves, pass the work to their development team, or outsource the actual website changes suggested to a capable developer.
Your price seems kind of high; why is it so high?
Great question! The feedback that I provide will end up increasing your conversion rate once you implement my recommendations. Even just a 1% increase in your conversion rate should more than cover the price of the gig. In most cases, your ROI should be at least 1,000% from a 1% lift in the CR.
