Visit Google page speed insight https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ and https://gtmetrix.com/ and analyze your website speed
Is google pagespeed insight important?
Of course, it is more important than gtmetrix. also, it is an important ranking factor. Recently, Google began displaying Core Web Vital Errors (Slow LCP/CLS) on the search console if a website is slow and has a poor score.
Explain about permanent optimization?
All speed improvements are permanent. Optimizations are done directly in WordPress, so they will remain until a change in theme design or significant PHP or any other updates occurs in the future.
Can you achieve good Score for Mobile on google page speed insight?
Of course, it will be better than your previous one (minimum 80+). i can't say the exact score without checking your website because the mobile score mostly depends on the website weight (Amount of functions, scripts, and styles used for developing the website). please Inbox me for more info.
What should I provide to complete the order?
Just WordPress login. In some cases Cpanel or FTP login.
What do you mean by Support?
If your website slows down due to changes in design, new features, hosting changes, or any other reason, or if it fails to pass Google Core Web Vital errors, I will re-optimize it free of charge.

1) External scripts that don't support optimization and create too many external links. 2) Very Slow hosting.

1) I don't optimize 18+ websites including betting, alcoholic, etc. and the website hosted on easywp hosting 2) cheap hosting with very low CPU or memory is not recommended 3) sites using ezoic

Cloudflare or a paid CDN as per your choice. CDN (Content Delivery Network) is used to deliver content globally from the nearest location so CDN is optional and we implement it only as needed.
