Is the appointment actually confirmed?
Yes, within the agreed schedule rules: a successful booking is saved and visible in the staff view, with on-screen confirmation. Email is included only where stated and when the required service is available.
Can several vets have different hours?
Standard covers up to three vets and Premium up to six. Basic covers one. Additional staff or locations need a custom offer.
Do you include hosting, a domain, email/SMS fees, or payment processing?
No. The clinic owns these accounts and pays their charges. I can advise on setup and integrate only the features included in the purchased package.
What tech will you use?
A custom frontend and backend/database stack suited to the agreed requirements, normally from my React/Next.js, API, and database experience. I will confirm the exact stack before work begins; I do not promise a particular CMS by default.
What counts as a revision?
A correction or refinement to the agreed pages, content, and booking rules. A new user role, integration, payment flow, or clinic location changes scope and needs a new offer.
What support follows delivery?
I fix defects against the agreed acceptance checklist during the package's stated support period. New features, content changes, and third-party outages are separate.
What if I already have a clinic website?
Send its URL and booking process first. If you need only a redesign, my pet-clinic redesign service may fit; if you need integration into an existing system, I will quote that exact work.
