I will build a RAG chatbot that searches your files, finds the relevant information, and gives clear answers with citations to the original source.
I can work with PDFs, text files, web pages, manuals, policies, research material, FAQs, and other knowledge bases. Depending on the package, I can also add a FastAPI backend, React interface, vector database, login, multilingual support, and Docker.

What file types can the chatbot use?
I can work with PDFs, text files, Word documents, web pages, FAQs, manuals, policies, and similar content. Scanned PDFs, complex tables, or image-heavy files may require OCR or a custom offer.
Will the chatbot provide citations?
Yes. The chatbot can show the source document and the relevant section used for each answer. The exact citation format depends on how your documents are structured.
Can you guarantee that it will never give a wrong answer?
No AI system can guarantee perfect answers. I will configure retrieval, grounding, and fallback behavior to reduce unsupported answers and make the sources easy to verify.
Are API and hosting costs included?
No. You provide the required API keys and pay any model, hosting, database, domain, or third-party service fees. I can help you choose affordable options.
Can you deploy the chatbot for me?
Yes. Deployment is available as a gig extra to one agreed hosting platform. Please contact me first so I can confirm that the platform supports the application.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. Source code is included in every package, along with basic setup instructions for the delivered application.
Will my documents remain private?
I will only use your files to complete the order and will not intentionally share them. Please remove highly sensitive information and check the privacy terms of any AI or hosting provider you choose.
How many documents are included?
The Basic package covers one PDF or URL. For larger collections, I price the work based on total size, format, structure, and processing difficulty rather than document count alone. Send me a sample for an exact quote.
