FAQ
Which platforms does it work on?
Any website where you can add a script tag: Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or a custom site. Order tracking currently works with Shopify.
Are there any ongoing costs?
AI usage is billed by your AI provider on your own API key (pay-as-you-go). Hosting is included for your package period. After that it is $15/month, or I can transfer the bot to your own hosting account.
Will the bot make things up?
It is instructed to answer only from your content and to send customers to your support email when it is unsure. I test it with your most common questions before delivery.
Is customer order data safe?
Order lookups need both the order number and the email used at checkout, and the bot only has read access to orders. The bot does not store conversations on the server.
Can I update the bot's answers later?
Yes. Send me the new info and I will update it. Premium includes updates during the hosting period; otherwise updates are a small extra.
