I provide professional CFD simulations to analyze airflow, aerodynamics and fluid behavior of automotive and engineering components. My service is mainly focused on car and motorcycle parts such as splitters, spoilers, diffusers, air intakes, ducts, cooling systems and body components, but it can also be applied to general mechanical parts.
You must provide the 3D model in STL or STEP format.
The model must be closed, clean and watertight. If the file has holes, bad geometry or errors, additional work will be required and the price may change depending on the time needed to fix it.
For automotive and motorcycle simulations, you must provide:
- The 3D model of the vehicle
- The 3D model of the part you want to test
This is necessary to obtain realistic airflow results and meaningful aerodynamic data.
You will receive clear visual results such as pressure maps, velocity fields and streamlines, with explanations depending on the package selected. Higher packages include refined meshes, multiple configurations and technical reports.
