I will 3d printable mold shell any form

Im a 3D designer with over 2 years of experience in two local workshops and 100+ completed mold and shell designs. I specialize in creating custom 3D printable masters and mold shells for silicone casting from flat 2D forms to complex 3D figures with lids and relief details.

All designs are tested and optimized for silicone with a shore hardness of 10A.

• Wall thickness: 3 mm for flat molds, 6 mm for 3D organic forms
• Plastic shell thickness: 2 mm or 2.5mm for extra strength
• Assembly: simple and reliable place the master inside, glue the shell, and pour silicone
• Reusable shells, best printed with layer height 2 mm
• Optional custom text on the inner or outer sides of the mold

I provide the final model in any 3D file format you need (most commonly .STL) and can optionally include editable project source files.

Typical design time:

Flat figure ~30 minutes

3D figure ~2 hours
