You can only get the design you want if you know EXACTLY what you need.

Easier said than done.

Here's a secret weapon I want to share with you:

You need 3 elements to guarantee high-quality design.

1. User Flows. A diagram of all possible journeys your users can have in the app. It's your UX skeleton.

2. User Interface. Now that you have skeleton, let's put skin on it. UI needs to be both user-friendly AND developer-friendly. I mean, you want to see it come to life, right? Make sure devs don't go crazy trying to build it.

3. Design Strategy document. You have the UI/UX, but is it enough to cover a problem statement, target audience, solution? This document is a great way to put project plan on paper (checkout my gig video for more info).
