I will design your products business model and pricing strategy
About this Gig
Most founders price by copying a competitor, then find out the tiers don't match how customers actually get value.
I design the revenue model first, then the pricing on top of it. Who pays, for what, how often, and whether one-time, recurring or a hybrid captures more value over a customer's lifetime.
Then the tiers: segments, boundaries, what sits in each, and price points reasoned against your unit costs or COGS.
I've done this on both sides.
I redesigned the model for a hardware startup I co-founded, shifting from one-time device sales to hardware as the entry point for recurring software revenue. I've built full SaaS tier structures with usage allowances, seat limits and per-unit cost bases. Before consulting, I ran GTM for a B2B SaaS product and scaled it past 800 customers.
What you get: a written model and pricing document you can act on, with the reasoning behind every number so you can defend it to a co-founder or an investor.
Message me before ordering with what you're building and where you are.
I'll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.

FAQ
I haven't launched yet. Is it too early for this?
No, that's usually the better time. Once you've been selling at a price for a year it's harder to change. If you have a working product and know roughly who it's for, we have enough to work with.
Do I need to give you my financials?
I need your unit costs, meaning what it costs you to serve one customer or one unit of usage. Not your full accounts. If you don't know that number yet, we'll work it out together, it's usually the first thing to fix anyway.
How do I know if my business model is actually wrong?
Usual signs are that customers get a lot of value but you only charge them once, or the thing they pay for isn't the thing they use most. If revenue doesn't grow when a customer's usage grows, the model is not the best.
