No one can honestly promise a fixed score, because apps, images and Shopify's own scripts all affect it. I check your store first and tell you what improvement is realistic before you order.
Do you need access to my store?
Yes, collaborator or staff access to your themes. I work on a duplicate theme and only publish it after you have reviewed and approved the changes.
Will you remove my apps?
Never without asking. If an app is slowing your store, I show you its impact and suggest options, and you decide what to keep.
The layout only breaks on some phones. Can you fix that?
Yes. Send me the phone model plus a screenshot or screen recording. I test at common phone widths and fix the layout so it holds up across devices.
