I have been working in the softgoods industry for more than 7 years designing products like, backpacks, duffle, luggage, messenger crossbody packs. In the past, my designs have contributed to a profit of over 100 Million Dollars in sales all across India and more globally. I have also won the prestigious Red Dot Award in 2024.
I have a network and experience in working with vendors and factories in China, India, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
Below is a breakdown of the design process I follow while designing :
1) Research and market study - I always first do a market analysis of what is available in the market already and where can we find opportunities to innovate.
2) Concept development -sketches and renders - During this phase I am in constant touch with the client showing quick ideation sketches and getting feedback. Once we have a direction, I start work on final sketches and renders.
3) Techpack -Line drawings, CMF detail, internal specs which are needed to be sent to the factory/vendor for sampling and manufacturing.
4) Prototyping -If needed, I can help with reviewing samples and giving vendor feedback.

Can you work with just a basic sketch/idea?
Yes, all I need to know is what your intent is, and the rest of the design refinement is my job and you don't have to worry about it. I will refine your design and help bring it to the market.
Do you know manufacturers who work with small orders?
Yes, I have a network of factories I confidently recommend to my clients which range from small to some of the biggest factories in China that can offer really competitive pricing.
Do you only design backpacks?
No, I can design any type of softgoods (Backpacks, performance gear, accessories, slings, baby carriers) and hard luggage (polycarbonate and polypropylene).
What do I get in premium package?
Premium pack includes all my services available to you to help you bring your product to the market. First we design, then we create marketing assets for the product, and then I help get you in touch with factories to manufacture your product.
Can you work with tight timelines?
Yes, depending on my availability at the moment. I have worked with some clients who had an urgent requirement and we delivered the design and techpack within 2 weeks to meet their brand deadline and were able to go into production within a month.
