Do I need to ship you the product?
Not for digital products (apps, software, courses) or products already sold in Colombia. For physical items shipped from abroad, customs can take 2 to 4 weeks, so message me first and we plan the delivery date around it.
What are usage rights and what happens when they expire?
Usage rights are how long you can run the video commercially: 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the package. If you want to keep using it after that, message me and I'll extend the license. You keep the file either way.
What is the Hook Testing Pack?
Three 15s videos of the same product, each opening with a different hook. You run all three and keep spending on the one that performs. It's the fastest way to find your winning creative.
Do you write the script?
Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages. I write it in native Spanish, not translated from English, which is where most Spanish ads start sounding fake. If you already have a script, send it and I'll adapt it so it sounds natural.
Can you record in English?
I specialize in Spanish, which is my native language. For English-speaking audiences you'll get a better result from a native English creator, and I'd rather tell you that than sell you something weaker. Written communication in English is no problem.
