How long does delivery take?
3 days for 10 videos, 5 days for 100 and 10 days for 1,000, counted from when your spreadsheet and assets are final.
What files do I get?
One 1080p MP4 per row, named by row. Premium also hands over the template as a Remotion project or set up in a Creatomate account you own, with notes for rendering more by API.
How do revisions work?
Revisions apply to the template: 1 on Basic, 2 on Standard and 3 on Premium. We send test videos first, so changes happen before the full batch renders.
How should I set up the spreadsheet?
One row per video and one column per field, such as name, city or price. Put images in a zip with file names that match a column. Check spelling first: we use the data exactly as sent.
Do the videos have music or a voice?
We use licensed or royalty-free music, or none at all. No AI voices unless you ask for one. Names and details appear as on-screen text.
