Can you work with my CRM?
Yes. I work with HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Google Sheets and custom CRMs through native connectors or APIs. Contact me first for Salesforce or another enterprise CRM so I can confirm its API and permissions.
Which automation tool will you use?
I choose n8n, Make, Zapier, webhooks or a direct API integration based on reliability, cost, hosting and maintainability. I can also work inside an existing automation setup.
Can the agent contact leads automatically?
Yes, when the channel and your rules allow it. I can also add approval steps, confidence thresholds, fallbacks and human escalation before anything is sent.
Are subscriptions and usage fees included?
No. Automation platforms, AI usage, messaging, telephony, hosting and other third-party costs are paid directly by the client.
Can you repair an existing workflow?
Yes. Send me a short explanation, screenshots or an exported workflow before ordering. I will confirm whether a repair or rebuild is the most sensible scope.
Will I understand the workflow after delivery?
Yes. Standard and Premium include an organized workflow and handover notes. Premium also includes full documentation and a recorded walkthrough.
