FAQ
Do I need to send you my product?
Only for the Basic package, where I shoot it in my studio. For Standard and Premium, one clear white-background photo is enough. [Add: return shipping, e.g. "I ship it back at your cost" or "product is not returned."]
Will AI make my product look different from the real one?
No. AI helps with backgrounds and scenes. Your product is hand-retouched to match exactly what customers receive. Accurate images mean fewer returns and fewer bad reviews.
Are the images Amazon compliant?
Yes. Main images follow Amazon's rules: pure white background, product filling the frame, no extra text or badges. If Amazon rejects an image for compliance, I fix it free.
What's the difference between a revision and a reshoot?
A revision is an edit to the images already delivered, like text, colors or layout. You get 2 per package. A reshoot means photographing the product again and is billed separately.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product link or a description, your key features & advantges, and your logo and brand colors if you have them. After ordering, you fill out a short product form and approve my creative brief before I start.
My product comes in several colors or sizes. Is that included?
Each package covers one product in one variation. Extra colors are available as an add-on based on variations, just text me we can talk about it!
Can I use the images outside Amazon?
Yes. You get full commercial rights: Shopify, your website, social media and ads.
What format will I receive?
High-resolution JPGs sized for Amazon (2000×2000 px), ready to upload. The video comes as an MP4 that meets Amazon's video specs.
Do you do A+ Content?
Yes, available as an add-on. Message me with your product link for a quote.
Can you deliver faster?
