I will create a neon effect in adobe photoshop

Thank you for visiting me) I graduated with a master's degree in interior design. I can create various design concepts (drawings, interior design and 3D visualization). I also have basic graphic design skills (drawing and Photoshop) and modeling in blender, which I am still learning and improving on my own in my free time. I'm also an avid Sims 4 player, I build a lot from simple houses to out-of-the-box ideas like a train station, an oceanarium. I wanted to try to combine my love for Sims 4 and the process of building a house with my knowledge of interior design.
