What do you need from me before testing?
Please provide the website or web application URL, testing instructions, the main user flows you want tested, and test-account credentials if login is required. Please do not send personal or sensitive account credentials.
What will be included in the final QA report?
The report will include each confirmed issue with a clear title, reproduction steps, expected and actual results, severity, and supporting screenshots or video evidence when included in your package.
Which browsers and devices can you test on?
I can test on Windows 11 using Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Brave. I can also perform mobile web testing on an iPhone. The number of browsers tested depends on the package selected.
Do you test large or complex web applications?
Yes, but please contact me before ordering. We can review the number of pages, user roles, and key flows to determine the appropriate package or create a custom offer.
Does a revision include testing the entire application again?
A revision includes a limited retest of the previously reported issues after fixes are applied. Testing new pages, features, or user flows may require an additional order or custom offer.
