What information do you need to start?
Please provide sample input files, the required processing steps, formulas or KPI rules, and an example or description of the expected output.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. A reusable Python script is included in every package. A Notebook or additional documentation may depend on the selected package.
What counts as one automation step?
One step is one separate operation, such as filtering, renaming columns, removing duplicates, merging files, calculating one KPI, creating one chart, or exporting a report.
Can you combine multiple Excel or CSV files?
Yes, within the file, sheet, row, and automation-step limits of the selected package. The files should follow an agreed and consistent structure.
What happens if the input file structure changes?
Changes to column names, sheet names, headers, data types, or file layout may require a script update and are treated as additional work.
Can the script generate reports regularly?
The delivered script can be run repeatedly on files with the same structure. Automatic scheduling requires access to the client environment and a separate custom offer.
Do you work with VBA or macros?
Python is the main technology used in this gig. I may preserve compatible Excel files, but development of complex VBA or macro systems is not included.
Do you provide dashboards or data analysis?
