I built their AI phone agent: 600 plus extra calls a month, checking live Shopify stock while the customer is still on the line. I also built full order tracking and dispatch for a retailer running an online shop without Shopify underneath it.
That is this gig. A shop phone that never goes unanswered, and stock numbers that are actually right.
It answers the call, checks live stock and order status, and hands over to a person the second it cannot help.
The stock half keeps your shop, your till and your spreadsheets showing the same number. Sell one anywhere and it comes off everywhere. You get warned before you run out rather than after, and once a week a list of what is not moving.
You can take either half on its own. Plenty of shops start with the phone and add stock later.
You own the accounts and the keys. Nothing writes to your live catalogue and nothing speaks to a customer until you have watched it run and said yes.

What will I pay on top of your price?
Voice platform and phone usage, for example Retell, ElevenLabs and your phone number, is billed to you directly by those providers. We estimate the monthly cost for your call volume before you order.
Can the agent check my live inventory?
Yes. Inventory lookups work with Shopify and Google Sheets stock lists. Other systems may need a custom quote, so message me before you order.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can sign an NDA on request, and we can share a demo call recording and references from past voice agent work.
Can I start with just the phone and add stock later?
Yes, and plenty of shops do exactly that. The starter package is the phone on its own. Stock sync gets added later as its own piece of work, and nothing has to be rebuilt to make room for it.
What happens on a call it cannot handle?
It transfers to a person, or takes a message and sends it to you with what the caller actually wanted. It does not guess at a price or promise stock it has not checked, because that is worse than not answering.
