FAQ
Do I need to send you the product?
Yes, for physical products I need to receive the item to film a real unboxing. For apps or digital products, a brief and a screen recording are enough. With an AI-generated video, you don't need to send any product.
Can I use the video in my Amazon listing and paid ads?
Yes. Usage rights for 3 months are included in every package, for your organic posts, product listings and paid ads. Longer usage can be agreed with me before ordering.
What is the difference between the three packages?
They differ in video length. Quick Unboxing is 15s for a fast hook, Best Seller is 30s with hook and CTA, and Full Product Video is 60s covering unboxing, features, real use and a verdict.
Can you make the video in Italian?
Yes, I'm a native Italian speaker and I also speak fluent English. Tell me your preferred language in the order requirements and I'll film in it.
How many revisions are included?
1 revision is included in every package. Please send your feedback in one message so I can fix everything at once. Extra revisions can be added as a Gig Extra.
