Answer phone during office hours

Assign maintenance task to staff members

Send troubleshooting tips to tenants before assigning to staff

Take on and complete maintenance requests

Respond to general enquiries.

I am available Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5pm. If additional hours are necessary that can be discussed.
