Six years ago I recorded my first commercial. Since then, I've voiced campaigns for McDonald's, Google, Iberia, Avon, Colgate, and Nestlé, and I still approach every script like it matters, because it does.
I offer Neutral Latin American and Argentinian Spanish, recorded in my professional home studio with a Rode NT1 microphone. Whether your project needs warm and conversational, authoritative and clear, or something in between, I'll find the right tone.

Yes is the most likely answer. You will need commercial rights for ALL business usage. If you are putting this online anywhere or using it for a product, even internally, it will need this usage.
What if this is for a social media campaign?
Social media campaigns involve larger exposure than, for example, a video for a website or corporate training. It's more like a network ad on TV or radio. If your announcement will be used on Facebook, Twitter, etc., or in an ad campaign on places like YouTube, the social media extra is required.
When purchase Broadcast Rights?
If you intend to broadcast the voice over in paid-marketing commercials on internet, social networks, radio, or TV, then the Full Broadcast Rights gig extra must be purchased.
