Do you need access to my Seller Central account?
No. You send me the product data or the processing report, I return a corrected and validated file, and you upload it yourself. I never see your credentials or sales data.
What do I need to send you?
Marketplace and category, a list of SKUs with their variation attributes (size, color, etc.), prices and quantities, and the existing flat file or the processing report with errors if you have one. A spreadsheet in any format is fine.
What if Amazon still rejects the file after I upload it?
Send me the new processing report and I will correct the file within the same order at no extra cost. If the problem is on Amazon's side (for example a brand or category approval), I will tell you exactly what to request from Seller Support.
